2:30 pm - Meet at the church parking lot (208 West Gray Street) and join us on the bus to visit the following homes and businesses:
   1. William E. Knapp (“Jennie Fasset Cottage”) – 459 West First St.
   2. Shane Searfoss and Brandon Seager – 424 West Church St.
    3. Rev. Fr. Donald Matthews – 411 West Church St.
   4. James Capriotti  ("Gillett House") – 378 West Church St.
   5. The Christmas House – 361 Maple Ave.
   6. Vicki Rachel and Cy Haverley ("John Brand, Sr. House) - 405 Maple Ave.
Note: Michael Larson and Elizabeth Pomada, authors of America’s Painted Ladies: The Ultimate Celebration of Our Victorianswill join us on the bus tour. Reservations are limited to the first 20 people signing up.

5:00 pm - Join us in Beecher Hall for…
   • Book signings of America’s Painted Ladies: The Ultimate Celebration of Our Victorians
   • Wine tasting provided by Fulkerson Winery (2011 Pinot Noir, 2012 Semi-Dry Riesling, Red Zeppelin & 2013 Moscato)
   • A presentation on "Victoriana" by Antique Revival
   • Tour of the landmark church where Mark Twain worshipped and played billiards with Rev. Thomas K. Beecher, known         as “the first institutional church in America”

6:00 pm - Enjoy a scrumptious dinner provided by Bill Knapp Catering
   Menu:  to be announced - vegetarian option will be available

7:00 pm - Meet in the sanctuary for a lecture and panel discussion. Elizabeth Pomada and Michael Larsen will share photos and insights of their many years researching “painted ladies.”

Their presentation will be followed by a panel discussion on the possibilities and challenges of neighborhood revitalization in the Southern Tier that will include:
   • James Capriotti (developer and recipient of Historic Elmira’s 2011 Preservation Award)
   • Elise Johnson-Schmidt (principal of Preservation Architects in Corning)
   • The Rev. Fr. Donald Matthews (rector of Grace Episcopal Church and owner of a recently restored painted lady)
   • Charles Pomada (Treasurer and Board Member of Historic Ithaca)
   • Brent Stermer (Elmira City Councilman, realtor, and owner of a painted lady)
   • Moderator: Franc R. Laux, a member of the Board of Trustees for Historic Elmira

Cost:
$25 for the bus tour and $20 for the reception, dinner, and lecture, or $40 for both
$34.95 (standard retail) for a copy of America’s Painted Ladies: The Ultimate Celebration of Our Victorians (purchase of book is optional)
All proceeds over costs will go for the roof repair fund of the church.
