The Park Church in Elmira has announced it is offering a seven-week Lenten study series designed for the spiritually skittish and faithful Christians.

Believers and nonbelievers are invited to join in "Living the Questions 2," a new study of the life and message of Jesus for those who do not accept the "heaven for us; hell for everyone else" explanations of some Christians. Its goal is to integrate modern science and critical understanding with the best tenets of the Christian faith.

The program runs for seven weeks on Thursdays starting this week through April 5. A potluck supper begins at 6 p.m., with viewing of a video at 6:30 p.m. and discussion thereafter. The Rev. Felicity Wright will lead the program, to be held in Beecher Hall at the church.
