Jack Waddell, basso profundo star of Mark Twain the Musical, returns to Elmira to sing a program of American Spirituals and songs from the Musical. Co-star, Deborah Dutcher and special guest pianist, Ed Clute, and accompanist Charlotte Cook will join Mr. Waddell. This free concert celebrates music and Elmira's history as a stop on the Underground Railroad and a place where Mark Twain wrote his most famous novels. The event is hosted by The Park Church and will underscore its founding principle of social justice and its contemporary vision of being an active partner in Elmira’s renaissance.
