We invite you to join us as our distinguished guest at this special breakfast event focused on exploring potential collaborations between your faith community and the Alzheimer's Association.

Participants will learn how to enhance awareness of Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia that could affect their faith community.

Attendees will have the chance to explore a range of complementary programs and resources designed to improve their support initiatives.
