Description


This unique mini-conference program is designed to promote end-of-life planning, with a particular focus on individuals living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.


  • Participants will receive essential materials and resources from the Alzheimer's Association and other pertinent organizations.

  • The initiative seeks to improve awareness of hospice care and emphasize the significance of mental health in the elderly.

  • This support will aid individuals in navigating the complexities associated with aging and mental health challenges.
