Please join us in Beecher Hall at 11:30 a.m. this Sunday for a presentation of "The Sixth Extinction" by Al Preucil. Earth has experienced five mass extinctions over the past 500 million years, during each of which most of the planet's life forms were eliminated. Our current extinction is the first to be driven by human activity. Al will give us an in-depth look at the causes and consequences of this sixth extinction, with time afterwards for questions and discussion.
